Customer Service Associate (Remote)

This is a vital entry-level position where your communication skills and accuracy directly ensure that patient records reach the right doctor at the right time.

No medical background is required. If you are professional on the phone and comfortable with basic computer skills and web research, we will provide the tools you need to succeed.

The Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you are the "navigator" for critical medical communications. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Queue Management: Monitoring a digital stream of messages sent between healthcare providers provided by the careMESH software.  .

  • Problem Solving: Identifying messages that cannot be delivered due to missing or outdated contact details.

  • Research: Using the web and internal careMESH systems to track down correct contact information.

  • Professional Outreach: Contacting physician offices to verify / update fax numbers and delivery preferences.

  • System Integrity: Updating careMESH systems with accurate data to ensure seamless future deliveries.

About You

This role is an excellent fit for someone with a high school diploma and experience in phone-based and administrative roles.  We are looking for someone who is:

  • Well-Spoken: You have a clear, confident, and polite phone presence.

  • Detail-Oriented: You understand that in healthcare, a single wrong digit in a fax number matters.

  • Tech Savvy: You are comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs and internal systems.

  • Reliable: You have a quiet home office setup and the discipline to work independently during standard business hours.
